- THE HAERT™️ PROGRAM -
The HAERT™️ program consists of short videos (5 to15 minutes) and accompanying handouts, focused on helping students develop skills and strategies to manage stress. The program fosters a strong foundation of self awareness and emotional regulation, and builds on this base with social awareness and relationship skills, as well as responsible decision making and effective life skills. This is an easy to use and very effective tool for teens.
In response to the COVID-19 challenges students are facing, Uplevel is offering its HAERT™️ Program - consisting of videos and handouts - for free* to CUHSD families. (When accessing the materials, a login or password is not required.) Thank you to the Leigh High School Home & School Club for arranging this program for CUHSD schools. Each CUHSD school site has a dedicated link for its students and parents to access this material, as shown below.
*Please note this Program is being offered at no cost for a limited time - should program requirements change, we will advise families.
